Visit to Stonebridge Wild River Reserve

A walk around the water meadows at the edge of Marlborough to look at what makes a good river habitat, and to investigate what lives in the river and how land use in the catchment impacts upon it. This will be an opportunity to see a functional wetland, see pasture pumps in action, measure N and P levels in the water, and take a look at invertebrate life and understand what that shows us about the health of the river.
