S.O.S - Save our Swifts

Join our own Matt Prior and visiting swift expert Tim Norris to find out more about these noisy summer visitors. When are they due to arrive? What do they eat and how do they get their food? Where do they nest and what sort of boxes can we put up to encourage them to do so? How can we monitor their behaviour while they're here? Where do they go in the winter? Come along and find out!

This event is free for Marlborough Downs farmers but there will be a small charge for non-members to cover lunch (soup and a roll).  Weather permitting, there may be the option of a farm walk afterwards to look at swift nest sites and foraging habitat.
